E. M. O'Hair and family in Putnam County, Indiana from the age 13 until

1841.
III. HUSTON O'HAIR, son of William and Polly Nickell O'Hair, was born in
1842. He lived and died on Laurel Creek, Kentucky.
III. EVA (Eveline) O'HAIR, daughter of William and Polly Nickell O'Hair, was
born in 1844. One source says the name was Eva and that she died on Laurel
Creek, Kentucky. Another source says the name was Eveline and that she
married ALEC BABER and that they both died in Dow City, Iowa.
III. GREEN O'HAIR, son of William and Polly Nickell O'Hair, was born in
1845. He was married to ELIZA _____. He was a southern sympathizer.

The dates of birth for the children of William and Polly Nickell O'Hair were
supplied to me by James S. O'Hair, a grandson. The following is a note
received from him.
"Marian O'Hair died on Laurel Creek at the age of 20. He had fever. I knew
Pop O'Hair (that would be Polly Nickell O'Hair), she had long red hair and
died at my father's house. She was his mother and had fourteen children. I
knew them all but Boone O'Hair, who went to Texas and Marlan, who died at 20
with fever. Uncle Will O'Hair lived on Laurel till, his wife died. Susan was
her name, then he went to Big Branch and married and died there. Harlan died
on Laurel, his brother died on Laurel and Uncle Huston lived and died on
Laurel Creek."
